    Nice work on your basic outline and introduction so far. This looks like a good plan to get started on the draft.

    So far, your introduction does not have much specific info about military robots, so I would try to replace much of your content with directly relevant info such as news about drones in Afganistan or the newest robot technology for military purposes. Statistics about military bot use would be good too.

    Your main question seems to be HOW the Japanese government should restrict military robot development and deployment in the future. That is an excellent question and I hope you can find some good specific restrictions to argue in your body paragraphs.
